WUD2006 @ Noldus / ALV SIGCHI.NL

This year SIGCHI.NL will organize its annual meeting for members at World Usability Day. The meeting will take place in the office of Noldus Information Technology in Wageningen (NL).

Prior to this meeting, Noldus organizes a series of demonstrations of tools for usability testing and HCI research, including (ao):

1. Live usability tests in the new Experience lab
2. FaceReader, a prototype tool for recognizing facial expressions and emotions 
3. Integration of physiological data

Additionally Marco Eggenkamp (TNO ICT) will present TUMCAT, a research project which aims at conceptualizing, developing and implementing a user experiences test environment for mobile context-aware applications. The test environment will enable Freeband projects, and other national and international research projects, to design and evaluate new applications for mobile users, by measuring the experiences of users being in their own living or working environment.
