3 Cities: Beijing, Guangzhou, Hang Zhou
Format: For each city regarding healthcare in China, encourage people mainly university students to research to find problem and then design solutions. We give prize for those winners that are selected by a committee consisting of UPA China, Microsoft and some other relevant people for example, university professor or even doctors.
