World Usability Day was founded by the Usability Professionals' Association to ensure that the services and products important to life are easier to access and simpler to use. For the 4th year in a row, Telono is happy to organise the World Usability Day event in Geneva, Switzerland. This year’s event will have two parts:

(1) Presentations about usability, user experience and communication

(2) Networking and drinks

Confirmed speakers are:

- Florian Egger, PhD (Telono) who will present the results of an international study into the uptake and use of Twitter by global companies

- Hendrik Knoche, PhD (EPFL) who will talk about the design and usage of mobile phones in developing countries

- Mairi Willis (Head of User Experience Design, Philip Morris International), tbd
