World Usability Day at User Vision

This year we will be taking our visitors though a series of interactive demonstrations and workshops using web, mobile, iTV, software and products to illustrate issues many of us face in our day to day lives. So why not come along and learn some key tips from our user experience experts? Some of the activities to name but a few include:

• The driving test challenge - Try your hand at the latest iTV software that allows you to practice for the hazard perception portion of your Driving theory test, will it help your pass?
• How do adverts make you feel?- See our new iMotions technology in action and find out what emotional impact adverts have on users.
• Mobile mapping for the Blind - Watch this remarkable new technology whereby blind users can use their mobile phones to find their way.
• Child car seats: is your baby safe? -Take part in live product usability testing and find out the challenges faced by parents today.
• I’ve lost my bag! – Find out how easy (or difficult!) it is to reclaim your lost bags using baggage reclaim forms.
• Do you know your Canaries from your Balearics? – Using the latest online card sorting technology find out the importance of an effective Information Architecture.
