Keynote Speakers

Sarah Horton, Instructional Technologist, Dartmouth College, author of Access by Design: A Guide to Universal Usability for Web Designers, Web Teaching Guide, Web Style Guide.

Takis Metaxas, Associate Professor and Chair of Computer Science and co-Director of the Media Arts and Sciences Program at Wellesley College, whose research interests include Cybertrust, Web Spam and Cognitive Hacking.

Invited Speaker

Dr. John Urquhart, Professor of Biopharmaceutical Sciences at UCSF, and lead developer of the first transdermal drug ("patch" technology), will present on issues related to the usability of medical products.
