A method that fhios has been using to overcome these very important business challenges is ‘Agile’ usability testing.
So what is an ‘Agile’ approach?
At a high level, it entails a quick succession of usability testing iterations with few participants. Between test iterations, debriefs between user experience and developers help ensure that any important usability issues raised during the sessions are not overlooked, and necessary product changes can be quickly made.
