Since 2001, more than 1200 people with disabilities have participated in user needs research at the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center for Wireless Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia*. The Wireless RERC's Consumer Advisory Network of 800 individuals helps promote usability of wireless products through focus groups and user testing.
This webcast will be presented by Project Director James Mueller. He will share key research findings to date, as well as techniques for engaging persons with disabilities in usability research and disseminating information both to consumers and to industry.
