User generated solutions in local goverment services is a web based network day for all users of the local goverment services in Denmark. The day will be used to collect the users' solutions for improving the goverment service. We will collect ideas for solutions and not for problems.
The user day is planned by the NGO Kommunikationsbureauet Taletid which is working to spread user driven communications and methods in user involvement. http://www.taletid.org/
