Promoting Your Event On The Web

If you are considering promoting your event on the web, here are some tools and recommendations for associating your event with World Usability Day and indicating that it is an official event.

In particular, please be sure to do the following:

World Usability Day text and banners

Use the images and text below to promote your event on the web as an official World Usability Day 2006 event.

Using text only

Include the following after the title of your event:

[your event title] - A World Usability Day 2006 Event [http://www.worldusabilityday.org]

or:

[your event title] - A World Usability Day 2006 Event

For example, the organizers of a (fictitious) event called "Extreme Usability" might refer to their event as follows:

"Extreme Usability" - A World Usability Day 2006 Event [http://www.worldusabilityday.org]

or:

"Extreme Usability" - A World Usability Day 2006 Event
