TIAA-CREF World Usability Day

Why we are holding this event? Because we need to pause and take time to share the work we are doing across TIAA-CREF. In addition, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn from other usability experts across the country. It’s perfect timing as we head into 2011, where we can all remind ourselves and others that a focus on User Experience is paramount to our long term success. The morning session will provide an external view of new trends in the Digital environment. The afternoon will be a hands-on exercise where team members will be able to participate and learn how to apply Usability Techniques to our customer facing projects…with a focus on the Customer.
