Talking the same language?

The speed of innovation within our industry has fundamentally changed the way and mediums through which we communicate with each other. Such a variety of platform choices have also led to an influx of jargon specific to each medium. We took to the streets to talk to everyday customers and users to see how far the industry is removed from the end-user. Are we talking the same language as our customers?
