We all know how anthropologist Jane Goodall studied the great apes in the East Congo. The topic of this talk will be to explain how the anthropological methods Dr. Goodall used are now being employed in an exciting and very effective human-centered design methodology called Contextual Design. This methdology has been employed by organizations including Microsoft, AOL, HP, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Investments, SAP, 3M, Lexis Law, Mayo Clinic and Siebel.
