Event Details
To commemorate the Transportation World Usability Day this year, the Western
Transportation Institute (WTI) at Montana State University (Bozeman, MT) is
hosting a workshop on November 13, 2008. This workshop will include
presentations by researchers and faculty on topics of safety, accessibility, and sustainability
within different transportation modes including road vehicles, public transit,
bicycling and pedestrians. In addition, the workshop will provide an opportunity for
attendees to view the suite of advanced driving simulators installed at WTI to study
driver behavior and traffic engineering. Opportunities for dialogue and interaction
between attendees will be provided along with a free lunch.
You are cordially invited to attend this workshop along with any other guests from
your organization or others you feel may be interested. Please provide an RSVP to confirm
your attendance to Nicholas Ward (nward at coe.montana.edu / 406-994-5942) before
November 7th, 2008.
