The User Experience Alliance (UXA) is a working network of the leading usability companies in Europe (Axance/France, Xperience Consulting/Spain, Serco Usability Services/UK, SirValUse Consulting/Germany), the US (User Centric), and Asia (User Experience LLC/China). From experience, we know that local particularities have to be taken into consideration when designing a user interface that should work globally. On World Usability Day, the User Experience Alliance and its partners will conduct expert reviews of several user interfaces. More than 12 countries on all continents will be involved. Within 36 hours, reviews and reports will be completed, focusing on cultural differences with regards to processes, symbols, wording, etc. www.uxalliance.com
