World Usability Day is upon us again! We are pleased to announce an exciting line-up of speakers from around the Chicago area. These individuals are all working to solve our most challenging Transportation related issues. The day’s tentative schedule will be:
- 1:00- 2:00 P.M. George Aye, Lead Designer at the CTA: User-centered design at the CTA
- 2:00- 3:00 P.M. Sharon Feigon, CEO of iGo: The iGo Story
- 3:00-3:20 Break
- 3:20-4:20 P.M. Jeremy Alexis, Professor at the Institute of Design, IIT: Airplanes and Airports: considering extreme use cases to improve passenger experience
- 4:20-5:00 P.M. Panel : All three speakers
- 5:00 – 7:00 Cocktail Reception sponsored by Human Factors International
Throughout the afternoon we will invite the audience’s participation, and the day will end with a cocktail reception sponsored by Human Factors International. This is a perfect opportunity to meet your fellow colleagues, peers, and thought leaders. Registration space was limited and at this point the event is closed.
