Objectives:
1. Continue raising awareness to the importance of User Experience throughout Amdocs
2. Misspell various misconceptions about usability and the implications of Usability in Amdocs
3. Promote Usability team as capable to provide excellent design solutions in a competitive environment.
Proposed Theme:
Usability : Much more than you think
The official World Usability Day 2008 theme, “Usability in Transportation”, is less relevant to Amdocs and its employees.
Specific Programs:
1. lecture in the main Amdocs Auditorium
2. Company-wide email
3. Posters
4. Intranet article
5. Intranet Banners
6. Usability Brochures
High level timeline:
· November 10th – post intranet article and banners (to remain posted for the duration of the week)
· November 13th – deliver lecture and distribute company-wide email with usability exercise.
